We have been admiring the work that was completed last week. When Bailey came out to give us a quote he asked us for our vision and end goals to help determine what it was he could help us with. It was new construction and honestly we didn’t have a handle on what we wanted. Bailey took the time to measure and gave us a number of options on the quote for us to consider because we didn’t even have a budget in mind. Ultimately we decided on curbing to define our walkways and driveway and a sprinkler system which were recommendations by Bailey to help make our lives easier in the long run. Had a great experience w/ Bailey and this team. The work was done quickly (actually quite a bit ahead of schedule) and was super professional. We had a large retaining wall built and its extremely well constructed. Throughout the process Bailey was super responsive, quick to follow up on questions etc. And also really appreciated the attention to detail/extra steps...for example we had a gravel path installed, and the crew not only did a great job with it, but cleaned up some pot holes in our driveway, fixed some small things on a prior wall we had while they were at it. Great experience overall, definitely recommend based on it.

We hired Bailey’s team in the Spring of 2021 for a large landscaping project on our property in the Peoh Point area of Cle Elum. The project involved design consultation, soil prep, plant selection, berm construction, dry creek construction, lawn installation, planting, design and installation of an irrigation system, paved walkways, a sun patio, concrete curbing, and more.

We ran into a host of unforeseen challenges (including supply problems that have plagued the entire building industry for the past two years, an under-producing water well, etc.) that were gnarly and vexing. Throughout the entire process, which took place off and on for eight months, Bailey was pleasant, respectful, collaborative, professional, and communicative. He was unflappable when it came to dealing with — and most importantly — solving problems.

The end result is a beautifully landscaped environment that fits in with the natural surroundings and gives our family the outdoor living experience that we desired. Bailey and his team’s perseverance, commitment, and creativity made it all possible. I would highly recommend him and Northwest Landscape.
